Hey y'all,
The pins have arrived! At a glance things are looking good and I don't see any major issues. I'll work on going through them more carefully and taking pictures of all of them next week, but for now I've grabbed a few quick preview photos for you. There are still several months of grading, packaging, and wrapping up order for add-on items. This campaign is set to fulfill in December and I'll let you know if tings change and an early fulfillment becomes possible.
I also wanted to share that I'll be at the Columbus Book Festival next month and the Southern Festival of Books in Nashville later this year. It's like a tour for my bookish art!

Pin Previews
Starting off with one of the most anticipated genres: Fanfiction! These pins look EXACTLY like I'd hoped and the screen printed details are crispy and right where they should be. Not photographed yet, but the Fanfiction Mini Bookshelf pins are equally clear and legible despite the text on them being sooo small.

This is a side-by-side comparison of the Standard and Deluxe edition Apocalyptic and Gothic pins. The screen printed dirt and rust on the Apocalyptic Deluxe pin gave the bookshelf a really cool weathered texture that I think fits the genre perfectly. The screen printed brick pattern on the Gothic Deluxe pin adds a lot of visual interest and detail to the design.

Previews for a few of the Bookshelf Mini Pins (Gothic, Comics, and Board Games). There's a lot of detail crammed into these small pins - just look at the tiny game pieces on the Board Game bookshelf!

Another highly anticipated design (and one of my personal favorites): the Video Game Deluxe pin! I adore how many references I fit into this design, and the three colors of glitter in the Deluxe pin make the whole thing eye catching. I also brought it inside after charging in the sun to test the glow-in-the-dark pigments and WOW!

Lastly, a preview of some of the freebie mini pins from the campaign. The Bookwyrms all turned out great with glitter added to their bodies for a subtle shimmer. I'm also pleased with how detailed the screen printing on the Early Bird Midnight Release freebie pin came out considering its size.

I look forward to sharing more photos with y'all once I have the time and sunny weather to do them justice.
With love and creativity,
Max
